HINO MOTORS KAZAKHSTAN is offering
a wide range of high-quality traction batteries of producer HOPPECKE (Germany) – TOYOTA worldwide partner. The traction batteries offered by us are designed for long use to ensure proper electric power supply to electric forklifts, stackers and other warehousing machinery.
As is well-known, traction batteries are ecologically-safe and noiseless sources of electric energy, they are storable and reliable in operation. Accumulator batteries are classified into the following two categories: gel-type batteries and batteries with liquid electrolyte. An optimal variant for warehousing machinery is to use batteries with liquid electrolyte. This type of accumulator batteries is characterized by its user-friendly operation, ensures an adequate and uninterrupted electric power supply to warehousing machinery and maximally long operation on one charge. Moreover, such batteries are adapted to intensive operation conditions typical for warehousin lift trucks operation.
The accumulator batteries offered by us have high-quality components and materials meeting the world standards. As a result, the behavior-based safety and compliance with the safety rules and requirements make it possible to ensure highly efficient, reliable and safe operation of such accumulator batteries.
Forklift Tyres
Our company is offering a wide range of forklift solid and pneumatic tyres of well-known global producers such as Trelleborg and Solideal, which exactly conform to the international quality standards.
In selecting tyres, we strongly recommend you to pay attention to the condition of the floor surface which is important for forklifts. On uneven and pitted surfaces it is recommended to use pneumatic-tyred forklifts because they absorb impacts and shocks and have comparatively low price. When there are small metal objects or glass fragments or other rubbish on a floor surface, it is recommended to use forklifts with solid or super-elastic tyres. Such tyres are not filled with air and therefore it is difficult to puncture them. However, the weakness of such tyres is that they are more rigid or tougher and protect against vibration to a lesser extent.
Solid-cast tyres rank below the pneumatic ones in damping capabilities and properties. Their damping capabilities and properties are 75-80% of pneumatic tyres damping capabilities. But this does not mean that it is necessary to refuse pneumatic tyres and to choose only solid-cast ones, because in some cases pneumatic tyres are important for travel speed and for exclusion of any damage to cargo.
It is worth noting that the tyres recommended by us have proved to be successful in operation under different complex technical and adverse climatic conditions.
